To ensure the sustainability and quality of the Journal of Religious Studies and Education, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for each article accepted for publication. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the editorial, peer review, production, and hosting of articles online.
Article Processing Charge (APC): $250 USD
This fee applies to all accepted articles and is required once the article has been accepted for publication, following the peer review process. The APC covers various services, including but not limited to:
- Manuscript peer review and editing
- Formatting and typesetting of the final accepted manuscript
- Online publication and hosting of the article
- Long-term preservation and access to the article
Payment Instructions:
Once your manuscript is accepted for publication, you will receive an invoice with payment details. The payment must be made via the provided payment methods before the article is scheduled for publication.
Waiver Policy:
We understand that some authors may face financial difficulties. If the author is from a low-income country or is unable to pay the APC due to specific circumstances, please contact the editorial office to discuss the possibility of a waiver or reduction in the fee.
Refund Policy:
Please note that the article processing charge is non-refundable once payment has been received, even if the article is later withdrawn or retracted for any reason.
