Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the effectiveness of communication in increasing the productivity of the organization of Islamic educational institutions in MTsN 8 Kediri. This research uses a type of qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used 1) data reduction (data reduction), 2) data presentation (data displays and 3) conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study are the strategy of creating effective communication in educational institutions in MTsN 8 Kediri is a very important part in order to achieve effective and efficient educational goals, communication has a crucial role in the context of education both in the learning process, character building to the provision of educational services, the right communication strategy is able to build good working relationships, open various ideas, criticism and input, and create a positive work environment so as to achieve educational success. The impact of effective communication in educational institutions in MTsN 8 Kediri will affect the clarity, accuracy, context, flow and organizational culture that is carried out in an educational institution. The importance of creating effective communication is able to provide understanding to all parties involved to support the progress of education in a better direction.
